He has over 25 years of FinTech experience within both large organisations (Reuters and Instinet) and start-ups. He co-founded, built, and sold Expand Research, the leading Capital Markets benchmarking and research business to The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2011, before leaving to found The Disruption House in early 2015.
Chris Corson

Bio
Chris has over 23 years banking experience at Credit Suisse and as a senior Managing Director and head of the Emerging Markets business globally. He was also a member of the management team for the Global Fixed Income business.
Marcus Gunn
Head of Product & ESG Research
Bio
Marcus has worked in investment banking for 25 years serving fund managers across geographies and asset classes in Asia and Europe. After 5 years leading Barclays Asia research content platform in HK, he transferred back to London to head up global thematic research product and spent the last 3 years working on pan sector sustainability and ESG-linked research. He joined TDH to develop the ESG Pathway, partnering with high growth seed and startup businesses to develop early ESG strategies where proportionality based on scale and maturity provides the optimal platform for workable ESG strategies benefitting companies and consumers over the long term.
Usha Back

Dr Usha Back has over 10 years of experience in the financial sector and has worked internationally at the Capital Group Companies. Her role as an Investment Analyst involved analysing and investing in listed companies on behalf of institutional clients. She subsequently founded a strategic consulting company focused on the fintech and biotech sectors. Usha holds a PhD in Pharmacy from the UCL School of Pharmacy where she is also currently a guest lecturer.
Ian Green

For the past four years Ian has been CEO of eCo Financial Technology, which he co-founded with support from Credit Suisse. eCo specialises in helping organisations optimise complex software and data estates through a mix of collaboration and commercial initiatives. Ian was at Credit Suisse for 13 years, uniquely holding senior MD roles in both Front Office and Technology including Global Head of FICC eCommerce, Global Head of eFX, Global Head of Derivatives IT and Head of IT for European Equities Trading. Prior to Credit Suisse, Ian worked at small and large software companies, including ten years as an SVP at SunGard. He has extensive experience in all aspects of software management and development, and deep domain expertise in enterprise risk management and electronic trading.
Nick Corson

Nick has worked education and IT and Database Management within Local Government. Over the past 15 years he has been directly involved with reporting of county and regional youth employment figures for Norfolk, managing IT networks and managing database development and customer success.
Les Gosling

Les is a highly skilled and seasoned business development / sales & marketing operating at ExCo and Board level within the FinTech vendor community and is uniquely positioned having successfully sold into the buy and sell sides of the industry. He has built, structured, trained, mentored and managed domestic, regional and global sales and multi-disciplined teams to 20+ people. He has personally closed business valued from $125K – $150m whilst generating sales pipelines with his teams to significant multiples of these values. He thrives on creating and fostering positivity and diversity within the teams he manages, builds and leads. Prior to building Akcelus and working with TDH he has helped start-up, growth and mature Fintechs following a successful career with BlackRock.
